Handsome Oscar

Second year of Oscar’s at The Roosevelt with E! had to be one for the books. When I actually sit back and reminisce on last year and this year in accomplishments alone, I can not help but be in complete aww. I could not have done ANY OF THIS without the peeps who supported and helped me achieve the connections, bad and good encounters, and the personal battle of finding out who I am as a being in this dimension and time.
The Roosevelt hotel is where you can feel butterflies of old hollywood spirits and historic dreamy concerts and events come alive by staring at the crystal chandelier, library walls and reconstructed exteriors alone. Daydreaming in the Flamingo Room in which was filled with old hand-made Oscar de la Renta garments and only the distinct women dragging on the carpets with no cares of the world by their owners and the glimpses of the infamous Marilyn Monroe walking into a room watching everyone stop in amazement of her beauty and notorious reputation in which she herself admired. The Roosevelt is the single handed platform of where old school dreams which you feel instantly. I tend to believe that I am an old spirit of that timezone and my soul reminisces in that energy immensely, which explains my love and gratitude for haute couture ( I am rambling about fashion, feelings and Osar’s all in one, so bare with me!).
Crazy that all these daydreams and past realities are where the first Oscar’s took place. And this new found “award ceremony” was one of the first ever with no one thought of how much of a big expectation is now. E! def brought that energy back and I was there for it! Let’s live in the moment of the past and thank those before us who brought our thoughts and dreams to reality.
